Tracking progress is where many people fail.
I never use to track progress and I wondered why I never made any.
It’s hard to remember what you use to look like or what measurements you use to be if you never recorded anything.
Take before pictures and measure you waist, legs, arms, weight and any other area you are focusing on changing.
Write it down and then in 6 weeks measure yourself again so you can see if you made any progress.
