Today’s Fitness Motivation Tip is about how you start your health and fitness journey.
Take it one step at a time. Many people tend to go all out when they start a NEW fitness program.
Make small changes.
Pick one thing to focus on changing each week and eventually by the end of the year you will have made 52 positive changes.
It will be easier to do then trying to do everything all at once.
If you are just starting to workout then start small.
Don’t start with full blown workouts the first week.
Do 5 minutes per workout this week and work your way up by adding 5 minutes to each workout every week.
