There are many events that you can sign up for that will get you motivated to get in shape.
There may be a tough mudder, charity walk or a marathon.
Pick a challenging one that you need to get in shape for.
You can also join as a group with your friends and push each other to get ready for it.
You may even have to raise money and therefore you will have supporters that you don’t want to let down.
