A great way to stay MOTIVATED is to set Goals!

Many people just start working out without any goals.

This is a recipe for disaster.

You will find that by setting goals and challenging yourself to reach them that you will get better results.

You can set goals like workout 3 times a week, lift XX lbs, XX lb fat loss.

It just depends what works for you.
