Make your fitness fun by playing sports or taking it outdoors. There are many recreational sports that are available in your community. Some gyms will also have night time intramural sports that you can join up with. This doesn’t have to be an organized activity. You can go play with your kids outside, go for a swim, bike ride, rollerblading or take an evening stroll.
