Failing to plan is planning to fail. Create your workout or buy a good one (if you are looking for suggestions message me). Schedule your workouts on your calendar like an appointment. By knowing you have a workout scheduled you will make sure you do the workout. Schedule your workouts at a time that you know you will have the best chance of getting them done. Mornings work good for many people cause then you get it out of the way early and don’t have to worry about fitting in your workout all day when things come up.
