Get a Workout Journal that you can use to write down your workouts, weights you used, how you felt before and after, what time of day you worked out, how busy the gym was and other things you can think of.

This will help you make sure you are using the right weights, doing the right workout, know what times of the day you are feeling the best to workout and when the gym is the least crowded.

Make notes about how you can improve for your next workout so you are always getting better.
