I know I always like to win.
Create a contest with your friends or co-workers.
Some people here at work have a contest that they each put in $50 and the person with the biggest percentage of weight loss at the end of 3 months wins.
Your contest could also be about staying consistent.
Maybe you have to put money in the charity jar every time someone spots you eating something unhealthy.
