Choose the best workout. There are so many workouts out there and many people are trying workouts that aren’t for them. Just because your friend likes it doesn’t mean you will. Some people like cardio machines.. I hate them. I’d rather do bodyweight cardio. There are others that would rather do an aerobics or spin class. There is no best workout. There is just a best workout for you. That workout is one that you enjoy doing and by enjoying it you will be more motivated to do it.
