Workouts are all on DVDs and are 22 minutes, with a few 10 minute core workouts you can do as well. It’s 22-32 minutes per day, 6 days a week. The test group got awesome results.. I’ve been doing it since it was released and loving it so far.

  1. Workout 6 days a week with the Hard Corps workouts (22 min per day, 3 days have optional 10 min core add-on)
  2. Follow the nutrition plan as best you can!
