Program Package Options

Here are videos of the different package options that are the most popular. I have done the full program for each of these workouts so please ask me questions if you have any so we can make sure you get the right program for you.


30 minute workout that includes 16 different workouts.

90 Day workout calendar with options of Lean, Classic and Huge. There are 3 phases through the program with a recovery week after each.

Includes fitness and nutrition guide.

I’d recommend having dumbbells and pullup bar. You can also use resistance bands.

The full program is also available in the On Demand package so you can save money by streaming instead of getting the package with DVD’s.


On Demand Club Membership 90 Days Streaming

Full workout programs in the club membership include P90X, P90X2, P90X3, P90X One on One Vol 1, 2, and 3, 10 Min Trainer, Insanity, Insanity Asylum, Turbofire, Brazil Butt Lift, Chalene Extreme, Hip Hop Abs, Rev Abs, Rockin body, Power 90, and try previews from the latest workout programs.

Lots of workouts to choose from at many different fitness levels. Also includes the calendars and nutrition/fitness guides for the above programs.

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel

Every day is LEG day.. Each workout is a total body workout.

Workouts range from 25 – 45 min for 6 days a week.

6 Workouts are with trainer Autumn (Chisel)

6 Workouts are with trainer Sagi (Hammer)

Once done the program you’d be able to do a shorter 4 week schedule with just one of the trainers.

You’ll need dumbbells, bench or stability ball, pullup bar or resistance band.

Body Beast

Body Beast is a Bodybuilding type program that breaks the workouts down by body part.

Workouts are 35-55 minutes.

I recommend adjustable weights or several sets of dumbbells, a bench and pullup bar.


Insanity Max 30

No equipment required for this program.

Workouts are 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week with an optional workout you can do on one of the off days.


21 Day Fix

Workouts are 30 minutes per day 7 days a week.

Mix of Yoga, Pilates, Upper, Lower, Cardio.

21 Day Fix Extreme

Workouts are 30 minutes per day 7 days a week.

Mix of Yoga, Pilates, Upper, Lower, Cardio.

You can use the program for more than 21 days.


25-45 minute workout.

The weeks alternate between resistance and cardio with a special workout on Saturday.

Workouts are 6 days per week.
