Fast Food. Your Diet Doesn’t Have to Suffer!

I was just reading through my max 30 “no time to cook” guide.

I guess they are predicting that people will end up eating out sometime.

They know me too well.

It happens.

Knowing what to do ahead of time can minimize the damage.

The good thing is there are options that won’t set you back too much.

A lot of restaurants are trying to go healthier, or at least better than they were.

Most fast food restaurants have nutrition information available.

Here are some tips if you absolutely have to go eat fast food:

  • Have a serving of fruits or vegetables with your meal. Most places have salads or you can find some fruit at a grocery store nearby.
  • Skip the condiments. They can add a lot of calories and aren’t that healthy. Mustard is a great healthy option. I never used to like it but once I found out it was 0 calories I learned to like it.
  • Skip the high calorie beverages. This should be a given. Most places will substitute soda with water, black coffee or tea.
  • DO NOT supersize anything. Portions are large enough already. Why do more damage.

Ok now you won’t totally kill your results.

Or just remember to bring your Shakeology with you and you won’t even have to stop there.
