How often can I work my abs?

Autumn Calabrese says you can workout your abs as often as you want. Your core muscles, endurance muscles, stabilizing muscles are meant to go the distance. She has lots of videos for abs on her YouTube channel.

Do I have to use Shakeology or a protein shake in place of a meal on the 21 Day Fix?

You don’t have to use Shakeology or a protein shake. If you have them go ahead and use them but if you forgot it or don’t have them it’s no big deal. Obviously you’ll be better off with the Shakeology because it’s packed with vitamins and nutrients.

I’m Lacking Creativity in my meals, what can I do?

Have fun with it, mix and match. There are unlimited combinations you can do with the meals on the list. You can also adapt other recipes to work with the 21 day fix.

How do you take your coffee?
