I just came across this quote by Muhammad Ali.
You’ve probably seen it many times.
I hated every minute of training, but I said, “Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.”
How does this apply to your transformation?
I’ll guess and say that you probably don’t like every minute of your workout.
There are days that I’d rather not workout. Especially when its cardio or really challenging. I’d rather do an easy and short workout. [But they don’t get me the results that I want.]
You just have to keep telling yourself.
And push yourself to reach your goal.
Then it will be easier (not easy) to maintain once you are there.
And then you can live the rest of your life like others can’t.
Because they didn’t take the time to get in shape (or stay in shape).
And you’ll be living the life of your dreams and be able to do things that others can’t.
Like a Champion.
Consistency with fitness, nutrition and support from others is the key to transformation success.
