We have 2 choices each day!
The choice we have is to decide whether we want to be a participant or a spectator.
They are here to make things happen.
They have AMBITION – set goals and work towards reaching them.
They ARE PLANNING – They schedule their workouts and plan their meals in advance.
They give it THOUGHT – They think first before having a second helping or tasty treat.
They put in the EFFORT – They workout even when they don’t feel like it.
They are here to let things happen.
No ambition – no goals, no dreams.
No planning – maybe they’ll workout… if they have time.
No thought – let others dictate what they’ll eat or do.
No effort – sitting on the couch watching TV all night.
So those are the two choices we have each day.
We can either MAKE THINGS HAPPEN or LET THEM HAPPEN to us.
It all comes down to whether you are committed to making the changes or not.
You’re either living or watching.
