I know when everyone thinks Transformation they think before and after pics of someone getting in shape.

But what about the total life transformation like transforming your day!

You’re probably heard a lot of people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day…

WHY?

Because it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

But this isn’t about breakfast.

It’s about starting off your day right so you can set your mind and body up for an AWESOME day!

Over the past 8 months I’ve been working on a different kind of transformation.

Not the kind that most people would notice…. especially on social media.

I haven’t really shared much about it (a bit on snapchat) but it’s had a huge impact on my days and mindset.

And the funny thing is… it’s something that if you ask any successful person. Probably about 95% do it.

What is it?

Wake up early!

Miracle Morning

But it’s not just waking up early that helps them become successful.

It’s what they are doing with their time in the mornings.

After reading over 100 personal development books in the past 3 years I started taking tips from different authors about what they do to get themselves in the right mindset and become the most productive that they can.

In December I decided to get up at 5 am every day and start to do some of these tasks.

I would do my regular exercise along with some reading, affirmations, meditation and sometimes some visualization and other things.

I kept adding on to my morning as I found more success habits and it was getting kind of long which made it hard to complete.

After a few months I started to stumble, fall and some of these habits fell off… but I still kept getting my workout in.

Last month I decided to get back to this routine when I came across the Miracle Morning.

It was kind of weird finding a book that was talking about exactly what I had been doing (or pretty close to it).

So now I’m on Day 28 and feeling GREAT again. Every morning feels like Christmas.

Some of the benefits of getting up early with this routine include:

  • Getting up with energy and empowered to start maximizing your potential.
  • Lower Stress
  • Improve health, get in better shape,
  • Increase productivity.
  • More gratitude, less worry.
  • Feeling of accomplishment to start each day.
  • Start off the day with a positive mindset.
  • Clear out the cobwebs.

My Miracle Morning takes me about 1.5 hrs and includes

  • Meditation (5 min)
  • Affirmations (5 min)
  • Visualization (5 min)
  • Gratitude (5 min)
  • Reading (30 min)
  • Workout (30 min)

and I’m also trying to get into some writing/video into that time as well.

One of the thing that I hadn’t though of before was to have a shorter condensed version if I didn’t have time.

Before I used to cut some of the habits out and just do my workout instead of shortening each of them just to complete it.

So when I read about the 6 minute Miracle Morning in the book it just made sense.

So pretty much anyone can do 1 minute of each and then if you want to do more later in the day… like a full workout, you can.

Even just getting up 15 minutes early so you could do 2 minutes of each (Mediation, Affirmations, Visualization, Gratitude, Reading) and a 5 minute workout would totally change your day to get you started and ready to go.
