I just finished my workout this morning.
I did Sweat Intervals and maxed out at 7:45.
An improvement from the 7:20 from last week.
I decided to tryout the ab attack 10 workout.
It’s a 10 minute ab workout.
It’s not in the schedule that I am following but I’ve decided to include it at least once a week.
I maxed out at 0:52. Yes only 52 seconds.
Each exercise is 1 minute.
At the end of the workout the secret to a six pack was revealed.
I already knew it and I’m sure you do too.
It all comes down to how lean you are, not how effective you are at ab exercises.
You can be weak at abs, have no endurance, yet still have a six pack.
Most of the people in the video maxed out at 7-9 minutes.
But the guy with the most defined abs, a six pack that shows all the time, maxed out at just over 1 minute.
So as you can see. If you are lean enough those abs will show through.
If you want a six pack you’ll have to focus on your nutrition by eating the right foods and the right amounts to get there.
I have no doubt that this program will bring my body fat back down so I can see my abs again. Cardio and a simple nutrition program are the keys: http://darrenletourneau.com/?p=1800
