Happy New Year!
Time to do it all over again.
Look back and what didn’t’ happen last year and try it all over again.
Have you made your resolution yet?
Here are mine for the year:
- Get in six pack shape for my vacation in April.
- Ready 52 books, take notes and share what I learn with others.
- Help 60 people get in shape and change their lives.
- Spend more time with my family.
- Reduce debt.
- Continue all the good habits I’ve already started.
Those might be the same resolutions I set last year.
So what are your resolutions?
If you are having a hard time thinking of what yours will be this year.
Here are the Top 10 New Years Resolutions that people set:
- Get organized
- Help others
- Learn something new
- Get out of debt
- More family time
- Enjoy life more
- Quit drinking
- Lose weight
- Quit smoking
Those are some great ones to choose from. Other good ones include improving relationships, boosting self-confidence, eating healthier foods, getting more sleep, and letting go of grudges.
Most that can maintain their resolutions for 3 months will have them stick.
That’s why gyms are usually full from January till March and then you see a huge drop off in attendance.
Most decide they want to change, come up with a plan and take action…
And fall off when they make a slip up at week 8 and beyond.
That’s when the healthy relationships are key… like in our support group.
Hope you have an AWESOME 2015.
