How to have the BEST Day!

It’s so easy to start your day in a negative mood.

Especially when you hop on social media or watch the news first thing in the morning.

Negativity is broadcasted everywhere.

Once that first negative thing happens it seems like everything else follows it.

So how do you start the day off on a positive note?

You have to do it ON PURPOSE.

So how is your day going today?

If you are feeling like it’s not going your way try this:

Take out a piece of paper.

Draw a line down the middle and on one side you will put all the positive things and all the negative things on the other.

I’m sure you can fill in all the negatives on your own.

Any positives?

Here’s a few:

  • Do you have a family (spouse, relationship, kids) who love you?
  • Do you have a roof over your head?
  • Do you have a job?
  • Are you healthy?
  • Can you see?
  • Do you have friends?
  • Do you have food (that you don’t have to go out and hunt each day)?
  • Do you have running water?
  • I’m guessing you have some kind of device or computer if you are reading this.

There are so many things that are positive in your life.

If you start off your day thinking about all the negative things you’ll keep finding them all day.

So start you day listing all the positive things and your day will go in that direction.

Try that tomorrow morning or get a head start on it now.
