How do I target my fat loss?

I’ve got a little bit of Q & A today.

First Question…

QUESTION: My issue is my problem area back fat above my butt and on my sides. I have been fighting this for so long. I have lost a total of 210lbs with all of Shaun Ts workouts and weight lifting. Was wondering if this program is going to help me get rid of this.

DARREN: YES it should but not how you think.

A workout doesn’t specifically target certain areas of fat.

The fat will start to come off of the body part that it went on last.

The way it goes on is the opposite of the way it comes off.

So if you start with your back fat that is the last place it will come off of.

People may say you can target specific areas.

You can try… but it most likely won’t work.

So just stick to the program.

Stay consistent.

It took you a while to gain it so it will take a while to burn it off.

QUESTION: On a quote that I posted: Why do you always post motivation for young people?

DARREN: My objective is to motivate and inspire.

If you happen to think a quote is only for young people then maybe you should look deeper into why you feel that it is only for young people.

I believe that pretty much everyone would like to feel younger and have more energy.

It’s possible for anyone.

If you don’t believe that it’s possible… you are right.

If you believe it’s possible… you are right.

It all comes down to you.

If you don’t think that changes for you are possible then they won’t be.

The changes have to start from within so they will stick.

Quick changes don’t last because you are still the same person on the inside.

So make sure you are working on the inside as well as the outside.
