I was just listening to this interesting topic on a podcast.
They were talking about ways to burn more fat during the day without adding more exercise.
Their first tip was about cooling garments.
YES Cooling garments.
Obviously they aren’t from Canada.. It’s cold enough here already J
They actually sell these kind of vests that you wear and they are supposed to cool you off which will cause your body to burn more fat because it has to increase your internal temperature back to normal.
I wonder what this extra stress would do to your body.
To me this sounds like one of those “Too good to be true” fitness gadgets.
That you spend your hard earned money on.
Months later expecting dramatic results.
And then throwing it at the bottom of the closet with all the other junk.
And you gotta love how the people in the ads are always huge and buff when most of the results never came from the product.
I think working out may have had something to do with that.
You’ve got to put in the hard work and stay consistent.
Don’t get distracted by these easy fixes.
