What happens on the weekend gets burned off on Monday!
I remember working out at the gym on Mondays.
All the guys are fighting for a bench because it is international chest day (everyone seems to do chest on Mondays).
Those that weren’t working out chest were on the cardio machines burning off the weekend junk food.
The question you have to ask yourself is..
Did you do your best this past weekend?
Are you finding that you have to start all over on Monday’s behind the 8 ball because you had a little too much fun or weren’t prepared.
If you fail to control yourself you’ll only end up with regrets.
That few minutes of pleasure and getting off track on the weekend can take hours or the whole week just to get back where you left off.
And then you wonder why you never make any progress.
I’ve been there too.
Feels like you are sabotaging yourself doesn’t it?
So what are you going to do next weekend?
You have about 4 days to make sure you are planning ahead for next weekend so this doesn’t happen again.
If you are planning on eating out or going to a party make sure to account for that ahead of time so you can adjust your other meals.
Take you calorie totals for the weekend and divide them up accordingly.
Maybe instead of your normal 5-6 meals/snacks per day you go with 2-3 so you can fit in that larger meal.
This should help you so you aren’t one of the many that are making up for the weekend.
Have a great week!
