Did you know that good breathing is the key to weight loss?

Breathing transforms your body’s cells from fat stores to fat burners.

Here’s how it works: Your cells have two options. Either release as energy or become fat. To release as energy they need fuel (oxygen) to do so. If you are lacking the fuel (oxygen) then it creates fat instead since that requires less energy.

So to have enough oxygen you need to be breathing correctly.

So breathing is the key to optimizing your metabolism.


Are you breathing through your belly?

Try this.

When you take a breath in does your tummy expand or retract?

It should expand when you take in oxygen.

And retract when you let it out.

How do you increase the oxygen in your lungs?

  • Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
  • Hold for 4 seconds.
  • Exhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
  • Hold for 4 seconds.
  • Then repeat.

This also helps to make you more relaxed.
