Yes it only takes one thing to improve yourself.
That one thing is GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE.
I’ve been doing this for the last year and a half and I can say without a doubt that it works.
It does get easier the more you do it.
I was never one to read books yet I somehow was able to read over 40 last year.
I made videos and actually posting them up for the world to see.. Never thought I would do that in my lifetime.. DONE.
Even just writing my thoughts in blog posts, emails and posting them on social media is getting out of my comfort zone.
It all starts with small steps. The more small steps that you take the more you will be able to increase the size of those steps.
It may be frightening but with people on your side cheering you on it is so much easier.
Having positive feedback from friends and groups on facebook makes it easier to gain confidence so you can keep moving forward.
Start by making small changes every day.
Set deadlines for these changes you are going to make.
If it feels easy to do then it may be in your comfort zone. Try something more difficult.
Believe that you can do it!
You can do it and I believe in you!
