The Super Workout at Beachbody Summit is just one of the main events at this event. There were over 9000 people working out in the back lot of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Nevada on June 21, 2014.
It was an amazing workout and even though it was packed and we had to watch the screen it was still amazing feeling all the energy. I think we woke up the hotel next door at 6:30 am. They were probably wondering what this “Team Beachbody” thing is.
The workout started with Chalene Johnson doing PiYo, followed by Tony Horton doing P90X3, the Les Mills Pump trainers doing some Les Mills Combat, Autumn Calabrese doing 21 Day Fix and Shaun T doing Focus T25 and he even threw in a few seconds of Hip Hop Abs. It was amazing and inspirational.
