Total Body Chisel Day 29

Almost every successful person begins with two beliefs: the future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so.

Wasn’t really up to working out today. I was more excited about finishing the book I’m reading. I think the fact that knowing I’ll learn something new that can potential be life changing is what makes me excited to get up each day!

It’s not going to be easy, but it will be worth it. Just keep taking those small steps each day. Staying consistent is the key to reaching your goal. Focus on those daily habits and results will follow.

You are exactly where you need to be.

A lot of times we will think, I should be in a different place in my life right now. You may not know why some things happen but eventually you’ll find out those reasons. It may be so you can be stronger in the future or so you can help someone else with the same problem down the road. Everything that happens is for a reason and meant to help you grow.

Chisel Endurance Day 34

If you never take a step forward you’ll always be in the same place.

Your journey od self improvement starts with one step, no matter how small that step is. You could start by cutting back on those high calorie drinks, start walking for 5 min on your lunch break, read something inspiring and motivational 10 minutes a day.

Hammer Build Up Day 35

Life’s a climb but the view is great.

It will take time and some days it will feel like you’ll never reach your goal, just put your head down and keep completing those daily habits and before you know it you’ll be at the top of the mountain.
