This was another great week of The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. This week ends the 6 days that includes 4 hammer and 2 chisel workouts and starts off the 6 day stretch that has 4 chisel and 2 hammer workouts. Got to try out the bonus Master’s Cardio workout which was awesome as it includes both trainers in it.

Total Body Hammer Day 15
Day 15 complete! I haven’t pushed myself this hard in a long time. Second time doing this workout. Drenched from doing weight training. I used to lift weights, I’d barely be sweating or breathing hard.
It’s amazing what you can do when you get your mind to believe you can do it.
You don’t have to let an old person take over your body.
The Master’s Cardio Day 16
Tried out the bonus workout today. 18 min of cardio and 10 minute ab chisel.
Lexington was up early to make sure I was doing all the moves properly.
Great workout in 28 minutes. Gym would have taken at least a hour longer. In the hour of time I saved, I had time to meditate, read personal development to learn something new, share it with others in a video, help motivate someone with a video, use my foam roller and be there when Lexington got up. Plus it’s building my business in the process.
Max Hammer Strength Day 17

Day 17. Another total body workout complete. Barely any rest in between these exercises. Only 35 minutes. Good thing tomorrow is a rest day.
Rest Day – Day 18
Rest day today so getting just a quick stretch with PIYO lower define. My tight hip flexors needed that.
Total Body Chisel Day 19
Great workout this morning. Lyndon joined in for the abs portion.
Remember, there is no bad fitness, only bad nutrition.
Hammer Plyometrics Day 20
Day 20 Plyometrics workout complete. Only 3 weeks and already noticing a difference.
Your can either be EFFICIENT which is doing things right or be EFFECTIVE which is doing the right things.
ISO Strength Chisel Day 21
A little change in direction and you’ll end up at a brand new destination.
Start by changing one thing, just become a little better each day.
