I started my Master’s Hammer and Chisel journey on December 3rd 2015. The schedule actually starts on a Monday. The schedule contains a workout for the first three days of the week and last three days of the week. So Thursdays are the off day on the schedule. I decided I wanted Sunday to be my off day so I started on Thursday. I suggest that you decide what that one day is for you that you have the hardest time getting in a workout and make that your off day for each week. Start on the day that will line that up with their calendar.
