Week 4 of The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. Another great week of workouts. The Beginning of this week finishes off the 4 out of 6 days that are chisel. I used a couple of the deluxe workouts this week by substituting chisel balance with power chisel and ISO Speed Hammer with the Hammer Build up routine.

Power Chisel Day 22

Starting week 4 today! Great chisel power workout. These are some of the advanced core exercises from this one.

Max Hammer Strength Day 23

Great workout this morning. Gym was open at 5 am. Perks of working out at home. Home gyms don’t close.

Do you workout at home or the gym?

Chisel Cardio Day 24

Some people get results slower than others but the only people that fail are those who quit.

So to succeed… just don’t quit.

Day 24 cardio workout this morning.

Rest Day – Day 25

“Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other.”

Did a dance workout today to get in some exercise.

Hammer Build Up Day 26

You can have EXCUSES or SUCCESS… but not both. It’s your choice. You really can do whatever you want.

Day 26 complete. Total Body workout in 32 minutes with around 30 exercises.

Nothing worth having comes easy.

If you want a new body you’ll have to workout to get it.
If you want to be healthier you’ll have to take the time to make healthy meals and ditch the processed crap.
If you want a successful business you’ll have to put in the time and effort to grow it every day.
If you want to change your mind you’ll have to read the books and listen to the audios that will help you change your mindset.
If you want to lose your fears you have to take the time each day to do what scares you.

Hammer Power Day 28

Great power workout this morning. 20 minutes my knee was bothering me. I wanted to give up but I looked for a solution instead. Tried stretching and then got on the rumble roller. That did the trick and I was able to make it through the remainder of my workout. Recovery and massage are essential and often overlooked.
