It’s finally here!
I’ve been waiting since July to try this workout.
The Masters Hammer and Chisel will be released in December 2015 but now we can test out 2 of the workouts from the program.
This program has 2 trainers that split the workouts.
Sagi Kalev from Body Beast and Autumn Calabrese from the 21 Day Fix.
Which is great for me since I love both of their programs.
But even better. I won’t get tired of seeing the same trainer every day. This will mix it up and keep it interesting.
Especially since there are a total of 16 workouts.
ISO Speed Hammer
I did the ISO Speed Hammer workout with Sagi today.
It’s 24 minutes and it works your total body.
Legs, Arms, Chest, Back. You name it, I worked it.
Amazing how great of a workout you can get in such a short time.
2 min warmup and 2 minute cool down. So the actual workout is 20 min.
Who doesn’t have time for that?
I’ll show you a couple of the exercises in the video below.
I learned a cool new type of set that I haven’t done before.
