The workout incorporates the best of Pilates and yoga moves with speed for an awesome cardio, strength and flexibility workout. It’s all about building lean muscle mass while burning crazy calories.
Who is the Piyo Workout for?
It’s for people that don’t feel like yoga and Pilates is the right fit for them. People that know they need flexibility training but want to get more out of it.
It’s for anyone that wants to get super lean and defined physique without straining their joints or fear of bulking up.
If you are looking to target problem areas then don’t worry because they won’t be a problem any more.
It’s for those that want, sexy, flat abs, a tight lifted butt and sleek, long arms. You are in control of how you look.
What are the workouts like?
The workouts contain continuous moves that target your muscles to burn more fat. You WON’T find any weights or jumps in this workout.
You get the cardio and strength training but as you are doing it you get more flexible.
Even though this workout is high intensity it is also a low impact workout. It’s all bodyweight workouts for hardcore results.
You get so much stronger that push-ups get easier, lunges get easier, every part of your body gets stronger, longer and leaner.
