My P90X3 Transformation Vlog Week 12
Just got back from the SSBeachbody success club cruise. NOTE: Make sure your transformation ends before your vacation and not 2 weeks after. 🙂 Only 2 weeks to finish off this program and then I will give Body Beast a try. I should be through Body Beast by Beachbody Summit time and then I’ll take on Piyo unless there is something else new and exciting happening.
I’m on Day 78 of P90X3 Decelerator workout today. Just got back from the SS Beachbody Success Club cruise that I was on with 3200 coaches.
We got to workout live with Shawn T, Tony Horton and Autumn Calabrese. Every morning workouts were at 7am, 7:30am and 8am. No slacking when it’s live.
We also got to meet Tony Horton. Saw him when we were shopping. Actually forgot to get a photo and went back to find him for a pic. Just remember you may miss an opportunity but what is stopping you from turning around and going back to get it.
You’ll never know the answer if you don’t ask.
On day 79 of P90X3 and did the MMX workout today.
I was reading about staying motivated and came across this quote that Andrew Carnegie said, “You cannot push anyone up the ladder unless he is willing to climb himself.”
The only way that anyone is going to do something is if they are willing to do it themselves. Someone can motivate them to start but they have to continue motivating themselves with success.
Attitude changes everything in life. The way you think and interact with others. Some teams with more skills and talent lose to others that have better attitude and work together better.
What attitude books have you been reading to help improve your attitude!
You aren’t the only one failing. I’ve been failing all morning with these warrior 3 squats and other balance moves in this triometrix workout.
Famous people fail too. People like Michael Jordan, Walt Disney, Steve Jobs, The Beatles, Oprah Winfrey, and Albert Einstein.
Pilates X workout today. I still think I like this one the best of all. Not your traditional workout and I feel so much better after all the controlled breathing exercises and ab work.
Awesome Eccentric lower workout today even though I don’t like leg days.
I’ve been looking at where my attitude comes from and thinking about things I do in my every day life that could be leading to negative thoughts and bringing me further away from my goals. Sometimes we do things just because we have done them for years and we just do them on autopilot now. Think about if these shows, friends, groups that you partake in are actually helping or hurting you now.
“You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.” – Jim Rohn
This is a great quote. It is always possible to make more money with a promotion or starting a new business, but no matter what you do you can’t get back unused time and the time in the future will never change. There is always going to be 24 hrs in a day.
Time usually means more to people than getting them gifts or money. They would much rather have your time because that shows them that you care. Make sure you are spending your time wisely.
