I’m in the middle of the second week of my Master’s Hammer and Chisel program.
Lovin it so far.
Not every workout is for everyone though.
Why not try a bunch out to see which works for you?
I just saw Raquel’s transformation when I logged in to Beachbody On Demand.
Pretty AWESOME for only 30 days!
For anyone that wants a great workout without having to pick which one to do there is the Challenge Du Jour.
Beachbody selects one workout for each day as part of the challenge.
The schedule goes like this:
- Monday – Plyo/Cardio
- Tuesday – Lower body or Total Body Resistance
- Wednesday – Cardio/Core
- Thursday – Rest/Recovery
- Friday – Upper Body or Total Body Resistance
- Saturday – Cardio
- Sunday – Total Body Resistance/Core
So each week Beachbody will schedule a workout for each day of the week.
Some of them are from the full workout program.
Meaning that you’ll be able to try out some workouts from the paid programs that aren’t the sample workouts that you can try out any time.
These workouts will usually be active for about a week after the day that they are scheduled for.
They have some great workouts scheduled for this week including.
- Max Out Power from Insanity Max 30 with Shaun T
- Hammer Power from The Master’s Hammer with Sagi Kalev
- Drench from PiYo
- Stretch from Focus T25 (Awesome for recovery)
