Insanity Max 30 is Shaun T’s NEWEST Insanity workout.
It’s a program that has been designed to help you be successful at running, skiing, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis and all kinds of sports.
It will enhance all parts of your life.
Not just your average workout for getting in shape and burning calories.
What does Maxing Out Mean?
The ultimate goal of this workout is to go for as long as you can in the workout without having to take an unscheduled break.
When you get to that point that you have to take an unscheduled break then you have MAXED OUT!
The main objective here is to push yourself to your max and celebrate that break.
Celebrate the fact that you went straight for that 5 or 7 minute… or whatever time you made it to.
Take the break and write down your time.
Join back into the workout when you are ready to go. DO NOT pause the workout. Just get back in when you can.
When you come back in focus on making yourself stronger.
It would be a BIG GOAL to reach the 30 minutes but Shaun T doesn’t even think he’ll make it that far so don’t get down on yourself if you can never make it to that point.
Who is this program for?
At first I thought the program sounded pretty extreme since that is what the original Insanity and Insanity Asylum are.
I heard Shaun T talking about in in a webinar and he said that this program is for anyone.
That’s good for me because Insanity was just too much for me but I liked Focus T25.
The one thing that he did say was that your mind has to WANT to do it.
It’s not a program for lazy people and not for people that make excuses.
It’s for those that want to get their body in peak physical condition.
If you really want it you can pretty much do any program as long as you modify the moves you aren’t able to do… and lucky for the beginners there is a modifier in this workout.
More about this tomorrow.
1 week till the program is released.
Hopefully you’re as excited as I am.
