This morning Shaun T was on the LIVE with Kelly and Michael show as part of their fitness week.
I’ve seen some of these fitness weeks before on the show.
I remember Regis and Kelly always having a hard time with them.
But that wasn’t the case with Kelly and Michael this time.
They look like they are in pretty good shape.

- 1,2,3 clap under the knee. [clap under the knee so you can really engage your core]
- Scissor and X jump combo.
- Burpee lunge combo. [it’s a full body movement]
- Side to side push-ups.
- Plank with toe tap.
- Ab Attack (Squat and knee up)
- Jumps with clap under knee.
- Pike up spider lunge combo.
I think most of these moves were in my workout this morning.
