I’m on week 8 of Insanity Max 30. Can’t believe I got this far.
I hate cardio and this program is full of it.
What I like the best is pushing myself to beat my time each week.
It gives me a goal for each workout.

5 workouts to go to finish out this program.
Can’t believe I made it this far.
I also did ab attack. I think it will be a while before I can add more time to this workout.

Those jack push-ups got me again.
These moves are tough no matter what your fitness level.
They really push you to be better each time.
Thankfully there are modifications 🙂

When your mind isn’t ready for this your times suffer.
I fill my mind with knowledge before working out and it wakes up my mind and gets me in the right mindset to workout.
30 minutes gets me up and ready for my workout.
