I just finished the Insanity Max 30 Sweat Fest workout that came with Insanity Max 30.

The workout is done in a hallway and it’s an Insanity workout with about 30 people.
There is no modifier.
The workout is a total of 30 minutes.
It starts out with a 5 minute warm-up.
After the warm-up there is a short break and 5 minutes of stretching.
There are 3 circuits that are done 2 times each. Each circuit has a 30 break in between.
The workout doesn’t have a cool-down.
I lasted longer with this workout because of the 5 minutes of stretching.
I wasn’t keeping track but I think I maxed out at about 15 minutes.
So without the stretching it probably would have been around 10 minutes which is on par with my times from the first month of max 30.
It’s always nice to have an extra workout that you can use when you want to change it up.
This program can be substituted for Sweat Intervals in the first week of the program.
I just finished month 1, it’s Saturday and I have a party and a dinner tonight so I wanted to get a good workout in so I don’t do too much damage to my results.
