Cize is a Dance workout that will get you sweating while doing cool moves to some great music.
Who is Cize Dance Workout for?
This workout is for anyone that is tired of exercising or just doesn’t want to do traditional exercising.
You don’t have to know how to dance to do this. Shaun T breaks down the moves step by step, move by move so they build up to the full dance workout.
How long is the workout?
The workouts are 35 to 51 minutes. Cize is a 4 week program and includes 6 routines + and 8 min abs routine and a 14 min bonus routine.
