22 Minute Hard Corps is your no-nonsense, boot-camp-butt-kicking fitness program.
What is the program like?
The program is a workout that is inspired by training program techniques used in the military.
The workouts are easy to follow so anyone can get it.
22 Min Hard Corps was created to give you that total body boot camp style workout to get you “boot camp fit” in only 8 weeks.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are 22 minutes long and the program is an 8 week program. These workouts were made to be intense so they are quick and save you time.
What are the workouts like?
Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds within the 22 minute workout window, rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts.

Who is the trainer in 22 Minute Hard Corps?
This program was created by legendary trainer Tony Horton. He is known for P90X, P90X2, P90X3 and 10 Minute trainer. Through the past 15 years Tony has toured dozens of military bases all over the world, helping troops train to their maximum fitness potential.
When will the program be released?
