Just finished the dirty 30 workout and here’s my pic 20 days into the program. 1 Day to go.
Day 1 was after max 30. I didn’t quite get the results I wanted from it.
Too many distractions over the holidays. The junk food is so tempting when it’s hovering around you all the time.
The best strategy I can give you for staying away from it is getting it out of your house entirely.
I’ve had people say “it’s easy for you”… Really it’s hasn’t been easy.
4 years ago if you came over to my house and looked in the pantry and freezer you would have been shocked. Dozens of boxes of cookies, probably a dozen cartons of ice cream in the freezer. I think that was the main reason we bought an extra freezer, just to store my ice cream. Now you may find one carton (that the kids have for a treat) and no cookies. I can’t be trusted 😉
They have gotten a lot less tempting over the past 2 years.
If you take small steps each day you’ll be surprised how all those little steps add up over time.
This time I just focused on the 21 days NOT 60.
You’ll be amazed how much easier it is when you are only focusing on 21 days at a time.
